Like 'Fizz', this was sketched out during my time at job-of-hell and abandoned. Can you tell I felt a little..... icky?

Anyway. There was text, once, but it's been far too long foor me to remember or care. This kinda turned into an expiriment with atmosphere and lighting, and I'm loving how resizeing/jpging ruinged it. Oh well.

Em... your work is, as always, absolutely stunning. My jaw dropped, I swear. I love how you manage to make it look painted, and not at the same time.

And whoot, Emily! As always, one of my favourites of the old duck crowd. :D I love this. And I love the title - it fits the mood in her eyes so well at the end. Like she's too tired to even care anymore. Wow.

Lol I never thought I'd find myself in the catagory of 'the old duck crowd' to me, that's like... Candy and Shelly and Starrfire and Jadestar.... Scary times. I hope no one looks up to me >>

You bunch were my heros when I was younger. Nylessa, Candy, Starrfire, Jadestar (I got art posted on her site was and was so incredibly porud... it sucked.)) and Calista.... you guys were inspiration!

Although, I think in some ways, I guess could be considered "old duck crowd" only cause I *did* start posting on BotB and Cool as Ice and stuff back at the very beginning... my own site emerged in its original form in 1998...

And does anyone remember Irene? Hers was the first duck fic I read *ever*.

The name is vaguly framiliar. In fact, I think she had some of the first duck fic I read too. I wonder what it was about. HAHA

I still stalk Candy. I've only seen one peice of duck art from her in several years tho.... It was a fairly good Wildwing too. Probably snatched that and lost it in my hard drive failure :D

I note how I 'was' inspiration. lol

I wonder whatever happened to Tubulance DuCaine. Her art really showed potential. We'll probably never know. Sad, kinda :/

Your colouring makes me drool, and I really honestly was trying on Painter to make some of my colouring look like yours. Failed spectacularly too, but I tried.

And Turbulence WAS really good. Her writing was really good too. Wonder what happened to her.

She probably realized that the fandom is full of freaks like us :D

Painter is evil (ate one of my drawings completly last night. EVIL CORRUPTER OF FILES!)... what version of it are you using? Should I make a tutorial? It'd make me feel all important and stuff :)

The newest one, I think. I downloaded the free preview and kind of used cracks to keep it... o.O

My *computer* is the completely evil one. It eats everything I do. *le sighs*

But a tutorial would be INCREDIBLE! I want to know how you manage to create those real paint-like effects!

The sky and distant look in her eyes does reflect your "icky" mood. Preoccupied, one would say. Love the layout and, as usual, your coloring techniques.

You keep mentioning resizing in things, so I'm going to be my usual nosey self and try to help.
Do you reduce the dpi size instead of the pixels? Do you flatten before you resize? Those two were my biggies after Cali showed me them. Usually makes everything look more pleasing to the creator. Looks fine to me though. *shrug*
