I'm of the mind that neither Wildwing nor Canard is a decendant of DuCaine. As far as a plot and character development move it's rather a poor choice - predestiny always seems pretty lame, and the easy way to get out of having to understand your character's actions and choice.

Anyway. That said, seeing as that statue of him looks exactly like Wildwing, trying to draw a picture of him lookig different is very hard

This would be before I cohesive resistance/war effort, I suppose.

A great pic! The male is really good, and the female too, but she looks like she's going to fall. Something about the legs and the knees, I think she has them a little inclined to the left.
Anyway, the colours and the lineart are terrific

Lol, seeing as the statue of DuCaine was completely fitted out like a Goaly, with of course extra muscles, I'd say your interpretation is as good as anyones.
